[YMV] IF I HAD A TAIL

New YMV, took a bit longer than I would have liked. Have pretty actively avoided using 2D art just cause I feel like it clashes with 3D too much. So this was a good way to try and shake off that stigma. Some may not like the Black and White by default, I do (it matches the song) although there is a coloured version on the MEGA (although it is a bit shitter)
