Matt Murdock returned with Frank Castle after their trial on court as his lawyer. With Frank deemed not guilty and knowing that Matt is Daredevil, accompanies Matt to his place and since they both have some tension between them, Matt and Frank leaned towards each other and kissed with Frank being on top of Matt.
